RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reporting to the managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible
to initially take charge of the marketing of the Group's new & existing
world class feed ingredients.
2. For medium to long term, the incumbent will be involved in the
development & regional markting of a new range of high efficiency feed
ingredients.
3. Develop & manage sales & marketing budgets & oversee the
development & management of internal operating budgets.
4. Lead sales & marketing team to ensure achievement of sales target.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Tertiary education in Animal Science.
2. At least 7 years of experience in the feed ingredient/additives &/
Veterinary Degree.
3. Knowledge & understanding of marketing trends & business
environment.
4. Ability to formulate marketing strategies & build successful
relationships.
5. High degree of independence, personal initiative & motivation.
6. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
7. Must be willing to travel.
8. Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandrin, Hokkien & English.
