It's me again. To the panel of vets in this forum, I find that the action of you deleting my entire submission on the the topic "Malaysia Vet Forum> a great forum?" is absolutely despicable and deemed improper. The only issue that I would like to clarify here is that the qualifications and credentials of the panel of vets administrating and arbitrating the forum. If you do not even have the courage to the share with the public what are your credentials and qualifications(ie where did you graduate, years of experience dealing with animals, field of expertise), I seriously question the integrity of the panel of vets in this forum. I have made copies of my previous postage this afternoon. I hope that the cancellation of my previous postage would be responded with a solid reason.

Hi there, I think the panel vet in this forum would be happy to share their qualification and expert fields with the rest. What did you wrote earlier? would like to know more...

Your thread was transferred to another section, not yet deleted.

http://vet.com.my/viewtopic.php?t=768

But I think the site admin or mod should put a sign "moved" in both section to avoid confusion.

"Moved" at original section and "Moved" at final section.

The submission for your topic is still there. It has not been deleted. Please calm down. Could it be due to other technical reasons that it was rejected? e.g. if you take more than 2 hours to write your article, your actions might be considered as "idle" and is automatically logged out.

Anyway, we shall continue the discussions there, and not here as this segment is for questions regarding dogs and their health. These posts will be deleted or moved to the appropriate place within 48 hours.

I apologized for the misunderstanding. Did not realize that my postage was transferred to other subsectors as there was no notification. Thank you Varanus for the information. Typical grumpy old man disease I've got perhaps....

This post will be transferred to the feedback forum in a week time.

Usually we do not put up a notification after we have moved a post to another forum (the forum that we think that is more appropriate) to reduce the management load of the site administrators/moderators. Otherwise we have to:

1. Put up a "notification post" just to tell everyone that a new topic has been moved.

2. Ensure that the new URL to the moved post is correct and functioning properly (if not, we will get all the complaints).

3. Set appropriate topic permission to ensure that no one can reply to the "notification post". They should go directly to the post in the other forum.

4. Put up another notice when we are going to delete the "notification post" to clean up the forum (the forum that was initially wrongly posted).

5. Delete the "notification post". If no cleaning up, the forum will be a total mess with "moved posts". Can be very annoying to the members.

As you can see this is too much of work just to put up a notification. Private message may not work as well as some members simply ignore the message and the admin staffs need to fork out some time to write PM and to make sure to get the correct URL to the new post...

If you cannot find your post, use the search function.

If you suspect your post has been deleted, PM the admin.
