18TH ANNUAL VAM GENERAL MEETING AND SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE

The 18th VAM Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference will be held from 25-27 August 2006. The theme for the Scientific Congress is "Enhancing Knowledge for Advancement in Animal Health and Production".

Major research developments have taken place in Veterinary Sciences in recent years especially in relation to animal and human diseases, and we hope the congress will provide an opportunity for the exchange of scientific ideas and provide a forum for discussion on the important advances and research in the fields of veterinary sciences. With the advent of new and emerging diseases in this part of the world, this congress will provide a platform for dissemination of current research information.

The scientific committee has selected current topics to meet the interest of all participants.
