is there any Prostaglandin (PG) therapy available here in malaysia?
my cats is dianosed with open pyometra.
i trying tio find an alternative to spay.
if there is such treatment, how much will it cost me? private and government...

| Yes, PGF is available in Malaysia and some vet clinics do have this medicine. Although it is not encouraged, PGF with antibiotic treatment is one alternative if you intend to breed your cat and preserve its bloodline. |

does any1 here know the cost for that particular treatment?
or any1 with xperience with pyometra cat treated with PGF ?
a few experience would help me make up my mind....

| Have seen some cats and dogs do well with just long term antibiotics without PGF, but very messy. Be prepare to do a lot of cleaning. But do consider the danger of bacteria and toxin into blood stream and chronic infection of the uterus if the treatment is not effective and non-compliance case. |
