my miumiu has epileptic fits start from 22th Aug
tat time i sent my miumiu immediately to the clinic nearby
but the dr gave miumiu diazepam injection (3 times in 2 days)
n continue said miumiu cant recover back
so i take miumiu bec ytd, 24th Aug
planning to send miumiu bec to St Angel today
but ytd night, miumiu was continuely epileptic fits
i send miumiu emergency to the Segar Veterinary Hospital
Dr Lim gave miumiu some relax injection n saline drip
today miumiu is also on a drip
not taking any medicine
Dr Lim is doing brain test n blood test
the result for brain test is showing miumiu's brain was not affected by virus
the result for blood test will be come out tmr or next tmr
what can i do n should the dr do for miumiu?
i will appreciate it if i could get opinions and solutions from you all.

for ur information,
b4 epileptic fits, miumiu was just recover from kidney problem because of bridal problem (1st Aug)
the 1st clinic had gave miumiu 2 diazepam injection n saline drip only
after 3 days, miumiu still cant recover back
so i sent miumiu to St Angel at 4th Aug
St Angel gave miumiu medicine n saline drip
Finally miumiu recover from kidney problem
n i take it bec at 7th Aug (if not mistaken)
at 18th Aug, miumiu still very weak
cz miumiu do not wan to eat
so i send miumiu bec to St Angel again
miumiu was totally recover n become very active when i take miumiu bec (21th Aug)
but dunno y
the next day, after i feed miumiu the food n medicine
miumiu went to sleep
after 1-2hrs, miumiu wake up n go to toilet
tat time i found tat miumiu had epileptic fits at his toilet
so i immediately send miumiu to clinic nearby
#until now miumiu had received 5 diazepam injection in a month
(because somebody told me that cant give too many diazepam injection.
it will affect thier brain. is it true?)
(miumiu sleep immediately after get those 5 injection) |

today miumiu still has epileptic fits 1 time
so dr start giving miumiu relax injection
miumiu sleep after took the medicine
now the result of blood test haven come out
so dr will try to control miumiu by giving relax medicine after mimiu wake up
is tat the only way what can we can do?

most commonly if the onset of fits occurs after 1 year of age, there is a high possibility that it may be an acquired condition.
was anything 'novel' ie new been exposed to miu miu or perhaps eaten something special? |

miumiu not fits again since ytd
n the result of blood test show that his liver is no problem
but miumiu seem like still blur blur
n not stable when miumiu stand
after blood test n the brain test (virus) dr still unable to find out the reason
but cz miumiu can be control after take the medicine
so dr said that can bring him home today n cont give miumiu relax medicine & antibiotic
however i will bring him go to another vet to double check
em... except the kidney problem..
i think there r nth special happened again...
recently miumiu took many medicine cz he hvn 100% recovered bec
n miumiu start took c/d + fancyfeast can food
i am sorry that to give miumiu eat frekies b4 n cause him had bridal problem :(
i will appreciate if i get second opinion from u all. thx. |
