I have a guinea pig aged 7-8 months old. i suspected that my guinea pig is having ovarian tumor with the following signs:
- Her shoulders become bonier and abdomen, rounder. She became a pickier eater
- nipples seemed to be slightly enlarged
- hair loss esp on both of the sides.
i have been wondering what i shud do. The prob is there are not many exotic vets in this country that treat guinea pigs. Sad. Can anyone recommand any good vets to me that can perform surgery on guinea pigs around Kuala Lumpur, better still, around Cheras area?
Btw i would also like to ask, is there a way to prevent ovarian tumor in female guinea pig?
i have another question too, usually, how to treat a guinea pig with sinus infection?
thank you very much. |

Yea I had difficulty looking for vets who could treat my guinea pigs as well. I called several vets and they recommended Dr Sivan from Animal Medical Centre. He can perform surgery on guinea pigs. Give him a call. ^^~
