Hello there,
I’ve got a question for doctors and staff that work in the industry. When I moved to KL I started to feed and care for a small group of local/feral cats. I’ve been working with a local vet practice to get my group spayed/neutered and vaccinated. The doctors and staff at the center have been WONDERFUL. They answer my million questions, allow me to visit my furry friends when they are in the hospital/boarding, and show compassion and caring when dealing with the animals. (One of the cats isn’t exactly friendly and the staff was still so nice to her….) Which brings me to my question: I would like to do something to thank them for what they have done so far. I don’t have a ton of money (what money I do have I’ve been spending on the cats!!! Hehehehe) and since I’m not from KL I don’t know what would be appropriate or appreciated. If you have a client that wanted to make a kind gesture or do something for you as a thank you for excellent service what would you like for them to do? ???? |

Give a card. Vets love cards, especially when they're "home made" - cheap, yet very meaningful. I myself am still keeping my first card - it reminds me why I want to be a vet.
But I think the best treasure for a vet is to see the animal recover and to hear a genuine "thank you" from the pet owner. |
