Hi,
I would like to know what would be the recommended age
for the dog to have the undescended testicle removed surgically.

there isnt a recommended age per se, and it is up to the vet to explain the risks vs the possibilities with the owner. when all parties understand the issue at hand, the operation may be done to remove the testicle.
the only thing is that we dont need to wait until it undergoes neoplastic changes before starting the disccussion regarding undecended testicle! |
