Hello,
My friend has found a gray male cat near Kelab Darul Ehsan golf course, Jalan 1, and the houses that are across the street from the entrance to KDE. The cat has amber/orange color eyes, gray fur, is neutered and is wearing a collar. We took him to the vet to see if he was microchipped but, alas nothing showed up on the scanner.
He seems to be a very sweet, laid back, friendly guy who is well cared for. I am sure someone is missing him! (FYI this is not the cat SMOKEY that is listed as missing in the area. She already talked to Smokey's owners.) If you think this is your cat or know who this guy belongs to please send me a message or leave a contact number here so I can have my friend call/email you. You will need to describe the cat collar he is wearing and special physical features. My friend can only keep him at her house for a few days, then she will need to take him to SPCA.
Thanks for your time!

i'm just wondering, could the cat be out taking a walk on his own? owners do let their cats out to roam on their own, right? my fren lets her cat out everyday n the cat'll be wearing a collar... maybe the cat is not 'lost' after all?

While it is true many cats do go out on their own -this cat appeared injured. He had an issue with his one rear leg that made him unable to scale the wall in my friends yard to escape. A rottie lives next door to my friend who has done in a few cats and she didn't want this cat to meet the same fate.
Long story short a neighbor a few houses away found out that my friend had this cat and was able to correctly identify it (describe the cats collar, leg issue etc) as her missing cat. Seems the cat is mostly an indoor cat and when outside never leaves his yard.
Owner was happy to have found her cat and I am pretty sure the cat was most happy to be going home! :D
