hi,
on my way to and fro work everyday, I see a pack of really frendly dogs in PJ playing and generally having a good time in a large vacant land. The houses around that land tend to feed them. They dont bother anyone. But lately, since the LTR has taken over the land and fenced it, they dont get their food from those houses bodering that area and are really thin and weak. Ive even seen them hinding under a tree getting soaked in the rain and drinking muddy water. Some of the puppies have actually died.
What should I do. People have told me not to call the SPCA as they would be put to sleep. I guess Im torn ... Is it more humane to put them to sleep? Some people think so. I dont but Watching them suffer daily is agony  |

In a lot of cases, putting them to sleep is really the most humane choice. Rather than let them suffer slowly and die, is it not better to end it once and for all?
Anyway, another choice you have is to rehome some of the more adoptable dogs. Or you could try this: http://www.noahsarklodge.com/ |
