My male guinea pig has recently developed a pea eye, but it does not bother him, nor seem to be in pain at all. He eats, play and poop like usual. And today when i took him out of his cage, i realise his butt / or balls (?), are swollen on one side. Either that, or one is bigger than the other. I'm not sure about that. I've taken 2 pictures, sorry for the bad quality. Or am i being paranoid?

He is doing fine, playing with his mate, popcorning and such. He seems to be perfectly fine, except for the swollen part, and doesnt seem to be in pain.

p/s: i've had him and his mate for over 7 months now.

His left side is slight bigger than his right.
