The two males are being in my captivity for 88 days and the female is 14 days. The two males are in recovery the 1st molt where until today the Manja's tail being growing for 5 weeks and Liar's tail being 4 weeks. Hopefully the food I given now will keep helping the growth to the maximum. I being reading through the forum come out that the rate growth is 0.9 inches to a week.
For the female when I got it the upper beak and both legs are hurts and I hear from the seller it used as decoy to trap young shama.

Here's a little info for you:
http://www.wildlife.gov.my/printed_material/kbdAviClist/white_rumped_shama.pdf

Anyway, the shama is a protected species, and you will need a licence to catch them and another to keep them. If I'm not mistaken, you may have to apply for a licence to breed them too.

Anyway, good luck trying to breed them. Do tell us how it went.

Sorry cant be of any more help. I know there are people catching and keeping Shama, but I've never heard of them being bred in captivity.

By the way, your birds look gorgeous, and I hope they sing just as well too. :)
