The only thing interesting about gossip news like that is the scorpion (scorpene) subs (I call it gossip coz I dont see proof, but i must say what is mentioned is a posibility). On top of that, it will be a lot more interesting if the scorpion was the kind that is featured in animal planet and not the history channel.
Since when NOT following Malaysia today, and not finding anything that got to do with the mongolian murder case makes you less malaysian? The press was so full of the stuff pardon some of us who is just sick of reading about it. |

i think what Dr. Kenny meant was that it is sometimes imprudent to get your news from only the mainstream media, and it is wise to get news and opinions from all related parties. maybe that way, we may get a fair representation from all related parties.
for example the selayang dog hunt shouting match did not received much mainstream media highlight but was hotly debated in many online news portal. in fact i got to know about the heckling in detail when i went online to search, i got it straight from the horses' mouth and it came with pictures!
it is not easy to be apolitical in times like this especially when simple virtues like kindness to animals and civility is taken for granted. maybe this is what Dr. Kenny is driving at? |

Totally agree with Dr. Han. Raja Petra is a smart guy and he fight for all Malaysian. Whatever has happened in this country, you may not hear it from the media. Either we have ignored it or totally not aware about it. Somehow, he managed to get the other side of the story from his sources. He is, one way or another, related to the Sultan of Selangor.
The link above supposed to lead you to the petition to DYMM but somehow it didn't worked. That's why you can check it out at Raja Petra's blog. It's that simple. I just want to share it with you. It's not GOSSIP. |

It's true that what we are getting from the media is what we need to know only, not necessary the entire news, not necessary the truth but what certain authorities what us to know and understand, for many reason and whatever reason. For the sake to avoid conflict, avoid confusion, avoid panic... It is true in all over the world. Imagine malaysia media reported that Singapore Military once advanced up to Muar in one of the conflict between Malaysia-SIngapore, how will the citizen from both country feels.
I'm in neutral ground, neither supporting malaysian media nor these types of "media" and I have access to many other links besides Malaysiatoday. For the same reason, how sure are you that this website is giving you the entire truth, not hiding something or manipulating things to make you accept what they want to convey. |
