SUNZEN CORPORATION Sendirian Berhad (Sunzen) was incorporated in Malaysia in the year 1999. It is a 100% Malaysian owned company. The core business is to manufacture and distribute animal health products in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Sunzen is now appointed as the sole distributor of Pfizer animal health products in these three countries.

The company's mission is to become the driving force of the animal health industry and regarded as the premier animal health company in Malaysia.

All key management staff was previously employees of Pfizer animal health. They are now the backbone of Sunzen who provide sales, marketing, manufacturing and technical sevices to the company. We now employ total of nine veterinarians.
The core business of Sunzen is to provide veterinary solutions for animal production problems. Our clients are mainly: poultry integrators, broiler farms, layer farms, feedmills, pig farms and veterinarians. The Products marketed include antibacterials, vaccines, feed additives, vitamin mineral premix, antiparasitics, and performance enhancer for food producing animals and companion animals. Orgacids ia an acid compound containing a balanced amount of lactic acid, formic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid and orthophosphoric acid.

Orgacids* is an unique acidifier that quickly reduces the pH value of the gut contents and maintain its acidifier activities throughout the GIT, thus helping digestion and absorption of nutrients. It is particularly important to assist piglets at time of weaning where the secretion of gastric HCl is minimal. It promotes growth and improves feed efficiency.

It kills harmful bacteria in animal feeds and in GIT of pigs if used according to the recommended dose. Its use also improves the growth of lactobacillus and other beneficial organisms in GIT.

Indications

- Control of pathogenic organisms such as Salmonella and E coli in gastrointestinal tract.
- Improvement of weight gain and FCR.
- Sanitization of swine feeds thus increasing its storage time.

Usage

It is recommended for oral administration via feeds at the following usage rate:

Swine:

- Pre-starter pig: 2.0 kg per metric ton feeds
- Starter pig: 1.5 kg per metric ton feed
- Grower/finisher: 1.0 kg per metric ton feed
- Sow: 1.0 kg per metric ton feed

Mamimune™, a MCT based emulsion manufactured by Sunzen, is made up fatty acid esters of glycerol. Medium-chain fatty acids are fatty acids containing six to 12 carbon atoms.
The function of MCT is to basically boost and enhance immunity in new born piglets. The emulsion that includes plant extracts and several
other multivitamins.

Medium chain triacylglycerols (MCTs) are of nutritional interest because they are readily degraded in the intestine than triacylglycerols
containing long chain fatty acids. The released medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs) are absorbed and oxidized. MCTs are used in variety of nutritional settings, including use as a readily digestible energy source for the neonate.

Fact:
• Most neonate losses occurred during the first 3 days of age.
• Losses mainly due to low glycogen depot during parturition.
• Before 12 hours of age, intake of colostrums is crucial for piglets.
• Colostrums is the only source of maternal antibody for piglets.
