|
|
my 3 month-so-so kitten started vomiting clear, yellowish fluid with foams starting this afternoon. also i noticed he has problem defecating because he has been in and out the litter box constantly and couldn't get anything out except a tiny amount of watery feces.
i took him to the vet and the vet said he has food poisoning. gave him 2 jabs and stuck relaxant(?) up his arse (if the situation wasn't this serious i would have LOL)
my question is: is the vet right???
2 other thing:
1) when i got back from the vet and picked him up around his middle (stomach part i assume), he... squawked/yowled
2) now only i realized that for the past few days, the small pieces of feces that i keep picking up in the litter sand could be due to his watery feces
add. info:
he just got his first jab last week. has been dewormed a month ago. eats royal canin baby cat formula and fancy feast once a week
update on 14/8:
he has stop vomiting last night. managed to catch some shut eye vs lying down stoning as he was doing earlier. even climbed up my bed to sleep with his brother
started eating this morning but i only have dry cat food. do i need to give him anything special, like high protein or something? cause he didn't eat anything yesterday and he seems to be tired but alert |
