It is normal for male puppy to have a small amount of whitish/yellowish discharge from prepuce. The prepuce acts as a moist protective covering for the non-erect penis and is capable of secreting a thick ,lubricating liquid .
Frequent licking of prepuce/penis induces the discharge.Having a small amount is O.K but the discharge also can be a good place for bacteria to grow.If the discharge is very greenish or smelly,it is likely to have an bacterial infection which is easily cleared up with a course of antibiotics. |
