Hello All,
I am a new member in this forum. I do have a bird - red whisket bulbul which about 15 years old. His left eye became white - cataract, is there any medicine to cure it ? He still can sing very well at home. Please help. :cry:

| First, think you should really differentiate whether the whitish thing is really at the lens (meaning cataract) or over the cornea. This means a totally different thing. However, if this is something localised or it is not really life-threatening, most pet birds tolerate well in loss of one side vision. Diagnosis and treatment should be made by a veterinarian. Should send to a vet for further check-up if you are really interested to know. |
