Summary: Promotes use of and sells ethical drugs and other pharmaceutical products to pharmacy, feedmills, wholesalers and farmers by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.

• Calls on customers to inform about new drugs, and explain characteristics and clinical studies conducted with drug.

• Gives samples of new drugs to customer.

• Promotes and sells other drugs and medicines manufactured by company.

• Sells and takes orders for pharmaceutical supply items from persons contacted.

• Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.

• Tracks stock levels.

• Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

• Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.

• Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.

• Attends trade shows.

This position will be travelling around in the sense covering areas like Penang;Kedah;Central or even Sarawak.
