Thought you guys might like to know....
Dr Nadzri (Vet Epidemiology) passed away from a heart attack this afternoon (26 Mar 2007).
I suppose he taught many of us Vet Epidemiology.
He wasn't the greatest lecturer or the most happening or popular....
But he impressed me with his quiet dignity, humbleness and kind understanding.
He was always so gentle and ready to provide assistance and a listening ear.
His presence will be sorely missed......
His sudden departure has left me thinking about the transience of our lives. How fragile and precious it is.
For me, the lecturers seem to be always there. You could count on them to be there when you need them. The suddenness of his death has reminded me of man's mortality.
Therefore, i have made a resolution to always treat the people i encounter in my life with the utmost respect and appreciation. So that i will never have to regret the words or actions which have been made toward them that may have disappointed or hurt them.
At the end of the day, it is not how many awards or accolades i have won, but how many people will remember me in a good way.
To Dr Nadzri,
I hope peace finds you wherever you are. May the angels bear you into the loving arms of the Most High in paradise.
 |

In just a day... many things can happen.
May God rest his soul in peace. |

I remember I once sought him out for a problem with my statistical analysis for my final year project. He was a nice guy.
May he rest in peace. |

Live like there is no tomorrow;
Love like you've never been hurt.
Work like you don't need the money.
Dance like nobody's watching.
Sing like nobody's listening.
Live like it's Heaven on Earth. |

I feel so shocked about Dr Nazri... but heart attack... hope he was without much pain then.
He was truly a gentle, friendly and patient lecturer. He settled my batch's industrial training.
May he RIP |
