i have a shih tzu and a beagle at home. used to be a super animal lover include snakes. but, recently one kind of animal turns me really down.

CAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I apologize 1st if my statement does offend some of the cats lover. but heres some trouble im actually having and i need help/opinion!

im currently staying in a terrace house somewhere in pj. 6 months ago next to my house one bunch of AIR STEWARDESS FROM MAS AIRLINE move in. they rented the house and brought back 6 cats. at 1st i dont really care about them because they seems friendly.

few weeks later i found out that they dont really take good care of theyr CUTE KITTY .and they let the cats run around the streets. as u know, being an air stewardress required them to travel few days and the house is always empty. some of the cat poo in my house and their house was so smelly.(because no one in there to clean up for few days) sometimes, being kind hearted-me clean up their garage using my own pipe because cats poo is super smelly compare to dogs one.

next thing, the cats run around and they have cat flea!!!!!! i found out some flea from my 2 lovely dog and i spend alot $ on curing the flea!! treatment , medicine. grooming, CUT SHORT THEIR BEAUTIFUL SILKY FUR and it never help. and lastly i went to a vet, he told me that all the treatment only cure dog flea but not CAT FLEA.

so i went back and complain to them ask them to lock up their cats when they are not around. but they dint do so.

some cat even worst. middle of the night they climb up to my window and MOAN FOR PARTNER. thats the worst of the worst. sometimes they climb up to my car/parents car up there fighting for sex. all of our car got scratches.

when their owner not around, they even come i my house and look for food. they messed up the kitchen too.

i tried calling up the mppj and complain bout that. request someone to see the condition but what i get is, THERES NO SUCH THING AS CATCHING CATS IN MALAYSIA ONLY BUT ONLY DOGS! and they never even wan to layan me.

need help...what should i do?

:shock: what kind of treatment ONLY treat dog flea but not cat?? as far as i know most types of tratments will be effective for cat flea. However fleas tend to stay in envronment like your carpets for example. Having said that so does ticks.

as for your cat problem..this is more a human relation problem. U must convince them to keep the cats in doors and that most cats can be toilet trained to use a kitty litter. u can also speak to them about the various disease cats can pick up when allowed to run lose.

:twisted: or u can go out to a bz road with a spoon and scrape up a road kill and give it to them with a msg telling them what happens to cats when they cross roads!!! :P

thanks for the advice i think what u said is right.

i have another problem too. those cats arent sprayed. theres so many new kitten appear inside my kitchen. i mention this to the owner and ask them to keep the cat inside, they replied me that keeping an animal inside a house without any freedom is so CRUEL. and they denied it, they said theres si many stray cats around and not theirss!!! what should i do...

THat is the same thing i get all the time. when we let our dogs loose for some reason, sombody shoots them...well i like cats but it is ppl keeping them that i get a bit ticked with. But my advice is still the same. be a good neighbour...dont start a confrontation or it will never work out. Tel them how u feel and that no matter what pet ppl keep one must be responsible.

They have not seen how cats slowly die due to disease which can b prevented with vacc and desexing. and i wonder who is cruel.
Some times one have to be cruel to b kind. If your child does not want to go to school and want to sleep all day do any parent just allow that. when i did that i got thrown 5 meters out of the house by my mom. i will not tell u how far my dad kick me but the end result is i got a dr in fornt of my name. give them a similar story and tell them pet cats are gods gift but if one ct control them they become nothing moer then pest. and pest have to be eradicated.
