Posting on behalf of a fren
I love them very much. However... at the rate things are going at the office, i can only afford to
devote my attention to the parents
daddy is a rex (pure bred from holand) and mummy is a peruvian
moe, a boy is adorably chubby. he is short haired
curly, his sister is a bit more 'springy. she loves to jump and is more responsive. she squeaks adoringly every time i come back home from a long, long day
both have unique markings - offering you different colors from each
side
and i'm most proud to say that both are toilet trained
email faridah.sulaiman@nagaddb.com.my or pm me for details... |

No, the stool will not cause mite. Mites, is from contact with other infected animal or the scabs from the infected animal. Partition might be good for the poo to drop into the underlying tray but my boars are fat, very stressful on the leg. They will fight for the place to lie down, which is the food bowl. One chasing the other out so that they can lie down in the bowl.
Sometimes the mite is over diagnosed. Because fungal infection in guinea pig looks very similar to mite infection. |

Sc@ryM@ry, I am just curious, how do you toilet train your guinea pig and bunnies? Must require a lot of patience huh?
The cat in my avatar is Ginger. I am gonna change it soon, to Sesame. He is my new pride and joy. Hehe... |

psharlene 8)
The Guinea pigs are not mine... can't keep any coz my hubby is allergic to them even though he wud like to have them... helping a fren to rehome
As for the bunnies, we use litter tray just like the ones for cats... we have 2 bunnies, the female is good at it while the younger male still has accidents...
No offence to other animals but i personally think it's really mind boggling to train small pets... I keep mostly to my 2 furkids (Ladee -poodle & RuYi-MS)... my hubby is the one obsesses wif small critters... :P
Wow!... this new kitty is also beautiful... what breed are they?... |

Sc@ryM@ry, What is a MS?
I have 4 cats and 1 dog. Cat doesnt need to be toilet-trained, its instinct for them. Sesame, now 2 months old, learnt to use the litter box as soon as he started to eat solid food at 5 weeks old. I guess he learnt it from his mom.
Would love to adopt the hamster but I am afraid my cats will harm them. Besides, the 5 pets already occupied most of my time, and my heart...hehehe.. |

Aawww....the 2 of them lying on their bed. That is so cute! :D
I am trying (still trying) to get my cats to sleep on the bed I bought for them. Not very successful. They still prefer either my bed, or the mat on the floor. Haha.. |
