| Sometimes, photographs are not enough to tell you exactly what it is. We need to feel it or sometimes poke it to know what it is. From your photo alone, it does look harmless (but we all know photos can lie). So, basically, a nodule like that could range from a harmless insect bite, to something more serious which would require treatment. My suggestion would be to observe it for the next few days. If it doesn't subside or gets worse, then bring it to a vet. Also, if you notice more bumps like this on its body, then bring it to a vet. Otherwise, if it goes away, then it should be alright (unless its a recurring thing!). |
